What should a new client know about working with you?

I use several therapy modalities for treatment matching the treatment to the individual's needs and goals. Using an integrative approach with a combination of therapies I assist individuals to develop personal strengths and add new coping skills. I use a combination of therapies including: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Therapies, Parts Work, Emotion Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and some Somatic therapy techniques.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My clients gain and reclaim personal strength to live their lives in a manner to feel more capable of achieving goals. I work with each individual to develop more confidence that they can handle their life challenges. I focus on development of a supportive safe therapy environment to work together to navigated personal challenges, growth, and success.
