Hi, I'm Michael and I have been working in clinical mental health since 2019. I have a bachelors degree in psychology and a masters degree in clinical mental health counseling. My experience includes individual therapy, integration work, addiction recovery, and crisis work. I like to really focus on giving my clients a space that allows you to be yourself and share any and all existential feelings you're having about life. My goal is for you to walk away feeling like you're on the path to healing, and I want our time together to become a catalyst for change and growth in your life.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My belief has always been that your best progress is born from within. When the spark comes from within, it is much easier to follow and trust. I want to help you find and nurture that spark. Current clients have commented on how much they appreciate my warmth & open-minded nature, often coming away with a sense of validation in their emotions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session we will do an overview of what is bringing you to therapy and I'll let you share your story and get to know me. From there we will map out your treatment goals and some ways we can successfully and sustainably move toward those goals.
