What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, I spend time getting to know you, your background, and what led you to start therapy. We’ll talk through your main concerns and set clear goals together. In later sessions, we focus on practical steps you can use in everyday life. I may introduce tools to manage stress, improve communication, or work through past experiences. Each session includes listening, problem-solving, and skill-building you can apply right away.
