Hi, I'm Mike. With over 20 years of experience in the counseling field, I find great joy in helping people improve their marriage and family relationships. I'm passionate about working alongside individuals to overcome challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, and sexual addiction. I have specific experience and skills in facilitating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples counseling, and emotion-based approaches. I am licensed as a professional counselor in both Missouri and Illinois. I earned my M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School and my B.A. from the University of Cincinnati. Beyond counseling, I provide supervision for counseling graduates and pre-licensed counselors, and I also work part-time as a college instructor, teaching undergraduate psychology courses.
