Starting therapy can feel a bit intimidating, and that’s completely understandable. It’s normal to feel nervous, but know that you’re not alone in this journey, and those nerves are just part of the process. I approach therapy with empathy, an open mind, and a lot of kindness. I truly believe in the power of creating a safe and supportive space for my clients. The most rewarding part of my work is witnessing the growth and progress of my clients as they move toward a place where they can enjoy their daily lives with confidence and peace. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Montclair State University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support you effectively. My role as your therapist is to provide you with the tools and support you need to discover your own path to healing and growth. Every time you use a new coping skill or approach a challenge with confidence, that’s a win in my eyes. I want potential clients to know that I am here for you, welcoming, and committed to giving my all to help you navigate your journey. Together, we’ll work toward achieving your goals and helping you create lasting change in your life. What should a new client know about working with you?

Sessions are booked on either a weekly or biweekly basis.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use CBT, REBT, and DBT to help you identify negative thoughts and develop healthier coping skills. Our work together will focus on practical tools to improve emotional regulation and problem-solving. My goal is to help you build resilience and create lasting, positive change for a more fulfilling life.
