Working with a therapist or counselor in a therapeutic setting can give you the opportunity to explore your thoughts, feelings, and patterns of behavior. For many, seeking therapy can be one of the most difficult steps on the journey of managing life’s varied challenges. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, and a Bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University. I have over 10 years’ experience as a behavioral specialist, working with young adults and adults with Autism and related Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Additionally, I have a strong background working with people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, interpersonal challenges, and life transitions.
