I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the State University of New York, Stony Brook, and a Bachelor’s degree from Monmouth University. I have over 10 years’ experience as a behavioral specialist, working with young adults and adults with Autism and related Neurodevelopmental Disorders. Additionally, I have a strong background working with people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, compulsive behaviors, interpersonal challenges, and life transitions.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Empathy, compassion and integrity are the core values which guide my practice towards developing a person-centered, professional and therapeutic relationship with each client I meet. I specialize in working with adults, young adults, and adolescence who are experiencing emotional and behavioral related difficulties.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I use my experience to serve as a guide, working alongside each client, using their chosen pace and comfortability throughout the therapeutic process. I look forward to the opportunity to be a part of your therapeutic journey.
