Treatment is always tailored to the individual, honoring their strengths, cultural background, and personal goals rather than relying on rigid or prescriptive methods. As a mature female clinician, I bring both life experience and empathy into the therapeutic space. I returned to school later in life, which gives me a personal understanding of what it means to start over, face uncertainty, and pursue growth during times of transition. I am deeply passionate about helping people feel genuinely heard and seen—something many individuals have never experienced while simply trying to meet their most basic needs. Creating a safe, respectful space where clients feel valued is at the core of my work.
