I am a therapist who been able to help people who have suffered from depression, anxiety, relationship issues, work difficulties, among other issues.In addition to individual and group therapy, I also provide couples therapy which enables couples to improve their communication skills and reach a deeper level of intimacy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I try and work with my clients in an open and collaborative manner. I use a number of different approaches to help people meet their goals. The modalities I use are psychodynamic, IFS, and EMDR. The truth is that the real healing power of psychotherapy is the relationship between the patient and therapist. This relationship can help transform and enable the patient to create a more meaningful life Group therapy can also be a part of this process where the group becomes the change agent for the patient.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Sessions are usually 50 minutes in length.
