What should a new client know about working with you?

I’m an LCSW and MCAP with a background in addiction and co-occurring mental health concerns, and I use that training far beyond substance use alone. Addiction work is really about understanding patterns, coping, and nervous system stress—skills that apply directly to anxiety, depression, trauma, and burnout.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy with me is down-to-earth, supportive, and collaborative. There’s no pressure to have the “right” words or a clear plan—we’ll find your footing together, at your pace. If you’re curious about therapy that feels real, flexible, and focused on lasting change, I’d be glad to connect.
