About our work together: Through the context of your lived experience and current struggles, we will explore and integrate new, creative and ancient meditation and prayer practices, explore how the Divine is alive in your life and hold the questions of your heart. As students on this path together, my hope is that our time will help you tap into your intrinsic creativity, courage and divinity and gain new insights into who you are and where you are being called.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

A typical session will begin with a meditation practice to help ground ourselves in the present moment. We will then discuss where you are in your journey and what emotions and experiences are most real for you. We will explore practices and steps we can take to bring forth healing and transformation Our sessions will end with another meditation practice.
