I am a licensed Marriage and family Therapist and have been practicing for over 22 years. I am also retired from the US Army and the Veteran's Affairs Administration. Currently; the main focus of my services is around trauma issues. I am trained as an EMDR therapist (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). This is a research based trauma therapy that is very effective and useful for Big T" trauma experienced by victims of violence or "LittleT" trauma such as the pervasive and destructive effects of growing up in a situation in which you were not valued; respected; or loved for any reason."
