As a clinical health psychologist, my goal is to provide quality care to individuals who suffer from mental health and/or medical issues. I am a scientist-practitioner driven by empirical research to successfully implement mind-body interventions to promote overall health and wellness. I am dedicated to helping individuals ameliorate their symptoms by improving their means of coping to ultimately enhance their level of functioning. I am interested in investigating the impact of treatment on quality of life, mood, and disease progression. I am also very passionate about psychophysiology and biofeedback, which I believe serves as a great supplement to traditional psychotherapy.
