“I had a truly meaningful experience working with this therapist. He is an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 3 therapist and created a space where I felt completely safe, seen, and heard. He held space for me with deep presence and compassion, and I never felt rushed or judged. We did a beautiful unburdening process that felt powerful and transformative. I left the session feeling lighter and more connected to myself. I’m incredibly grateful for his skill and care and highly recommend him to anyone seeking depth-oriented, compassionate therapy.”

“I came into therapy feeling frustrated with a part of me I call “the tinkerer.” In my life, that part has often been criticized or misunderstood, and I started to see it as a problem. In our work together, he helped me understand that what I call the tinkerer is actually a firefighter part trying to protect me. Instead of judging it, he was patient, curious, and genuinely listened. For the first time, I felt like this part of me was understood rather than shamed. That shift was incredibly healing. I left feeling more self-compassion and a deeper appreciation for how my system has been trying to take care of me. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful, respectful, and transformative therapy.”

I am a Level 3 trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), I have advanced training in Intimacy from The Inside Out (IFIO), a couple’s approach to IFS therapy. I am currently being trained in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT)

I came into therapy feeling weighed down by a part of me that everyone in my life seemed to criticize or put down. Instead of judging it, he was genuinely curious and compassionate. He helped me explore what I call my “firefighter” part, and for the first time, I felt like someone was truly listening and trying to understand rather than fix or shame me. He created a safe space where all parts of me were welcome. That experience alone was incredibly healing. I left feeling more self-compassion and less internal conflict. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a therapist who truly listens and respects your whole experience.

Not sure if he's going to help us so far he's only asking questions and listening no simple excuses no advice no explanation only dating what he's mentioned twice.
