I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, and life stressors. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adlerian and Attachment-Based approaches, and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
