Dr. Mike is kind, clear, & supportive. I was a little worried about having a male counselor as I have only ever had female counselors but he made It so easy to talk to him. He made an observation that helped shift a huge dynamic for me on our very first session. I’m grateful.

Left my first session with Dr. Mike, who gave me more hope than any other provider has. What was different? Ease.
From the ease in scheduling/rescheduling appointments, the simplicity of logging into our session (versus other ZocDoc providers' complicated processes); even the intake form was simple and efficient. The initial psych. eval. seemed easier to answer, or maybe it was his demeanor that made it easier. Either way, as someone with an unbiased opinion, broad perspective, and severe trust issues, Dr. Mike has proven his trustworthiness through his communication efforts and reassurred me through his above & beyond approach. I feel like I can finally trust someone to confide in. After one hour and a few texts, I left feeling excited about life again and look forward to my self-improvement. Thanks, Dr. Mike! See you Thursday.

I felt like all that I did was talk and got no feedback. He was always late to every appointment and constantly rescheduling. The final straw was not showing up or even informing me that the session was canceled. Very disappointed.
