Hello, I'm Mike Santambrogio. I am looking forward to connecting with you and learning more about you. It is my belief that we can all use some support as we navigate life. Sometimes while on this journey, we can feel overwhelmed, scared, stuck, or maybe disconnected. Whether we are being challenged by our families, relationships, work, stress, worries, etc., having someone to walk with us while finding our way and helping us explore and process our emotions and feelings that may be attached to these challenges can be incredibly healing. I'm here for you. In my time as a therapist, I have worked with individuals, couples, and families. I am rooted in a client-centered approach to therapy. Ultimately, it is my belief that my role in this space is to trust you and let you lead what things you want to explore while I travel with you, listening without judgment and seeking opportunities for consideration, exploration, or focus, all while working together so that you may end up in the place that you are seeking and as the person you would like to show up as. I specialize in adolescent and teen mental/behavioral health, anxiety, children's mental/behavioral health, depression, family relationships, intimate/romantic relationships, life transitions, and stress. I offer both in-person sessions, as well as SonderMind Video Telehealth for those who prefer or require remote sessions. I hold an MA and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My approach is always tailored to your unique needs and goals, ensuring that our work together is meaningful and effective.
