I create a welcoming, non-judgmental environment for my clients to help them feel comfortable discussing and working through life challenges. With me, you'll navigate difficulties to overcome as well as celebrate your successes, identifying, focusing on, and fostering what's working. Emotional disturbance often arises when you struggle to live your life with confidence, honesty, meaningful purpose, and positive action. Low self-esteem, lack of confidence, poor relationship patterns, lack of motivation, career troubles, or chronic worry can all negatively impact your relationship with yourself and others, creating symptoms that may spiral downward. Much of my time is spent working with young adults, adolescents, and men, though I welcome all clients who feel called to work with me. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Roger Williams University, which informs my compassionate and effective approach to therapy.
