Getting to know Michael Wolftrand

I've been working as a counselor since 2017 when I graduated from the University of Saint Josephs in Connecticut with my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. From there I focused on working with children doing play therapy and have gained my credentials as a registered play therapist from the Association for Play Therapy. From there I have studied Acceptance and Commitment Therapy as a means to better my own life and the lives of my clients. The combination of these two approaches has allowed me to work with clients to give them tools to confront their struggles and understand what is happening in their bodies during the most challenging times, and to help them find relief from their pain.
