Are you finding yourself exhausted from uncontrollable worry, self-doubt, or shame? Are your go-to coping mechanisms not working as well as they used to? Maybe you've had this inexplicable nagging feeling for a while now that it's time to grow, to heal. You shouldn’t have to carry all of this on your own, which is why I cultivate a comforting, judgment-free space that allows me to hold these feelings for you so you can find some relief from all the heaviness and create the space you need to grow. You are uniquely powerful and dynamic, and I am dedicated to helping you see this for yourself. I do so with a multidimensional and pragmatic approach to promote empowerment and understanding of how to use specific skills and abilities to deal with the past, overcome current symptoms, and establish the confidence to take on any hardships the future may hold. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling for Mental Health and Wellness from New York University, which informs my compassionate and evidence-based approach to care. Healing isn’t just possible, it’s something that you deserve. And while you have come so far, you don’t have to do it alone anymore. I am so happy that you are here, and because you have decided to take this step in your journey to wellness, I can assure you that there are brighter days ahead. Please be aware that I work out of network only.
