Hi there, I'm Michele! My name is Michele Guidry. I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. I earned my Master's in Social Work from Tulane University. I specialize in addiction with a special interest in complex grief and trauma. My approach I utilize evidence-based methods in my therapy. My work is trauma-focused, and I am trained in EMDR. I prefer mindfulness-based cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) over traditional CBT work. My clients have taught me that healing is not linear; therefore, I advocate for holistic and integrative therapy.
