I've worked with clients from many walks of life and with varied needs. I provide therapy sessions based in Trauma Informed Care with a strengths based approach. My areas of expertise are in Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, and PTSD. I use a person centered approach and we begin where you are in the moment. My researched based interventions include Dialectical Behavioral therapy, CBT, and I have been internationally certified in Trauma Therapy. We will develop a trust and strong level of communication to help us identify and work through the challenges you are facing.
