Getting to know Michele LoBosco
I would love to support you on your healing journey. Whether you are suffering with chronic anxiety, seeking to release long held trauma, or looking to experience deeper intimacy and authenticity in your relationships, I would be honored to walk with you on your path. Whatever your struggles may be, I will offer you a safe space to deeply self-attune, to explore all parts of yourself, and carve out new ways of being and interacting with the circumstances and people in your life.
I enjoy working in the realms of personal growth and transformation, and hold gentle space for clients to connect with their own inner healing intelligence and weave connective pathways between mind, body, and spirit. My areas of emphasis are anxiety, complex trauma and PTSD, grief, end-of life transition, depression, and existential challenges. I hold a master’s degree in clinical psychology from Antioch University with a specialization in Spiritual and Depth Psychology, and have training in a wide variety of modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy, IFS, embodied awareness, mindfulness, Ketamine Assisted Therapy, and Ecotherapy. The work I do addresses the whole person, weaves somatic and mindfulness-based approaches, and incorporates creative self-honoring practices that align with each client’s core values. I work from a trauma informed lens and draw from somatic, humanistic, and depth models of psychology.
At the heart of my work, I guide clients in their own self-discovery and healing process, helping them cultivate new pathways of meaning and expand their understanding of their own strength and resilience. It would be a privilege to support you on your journey.

What is your typical process for working with clients?
Once you complete your booking, you’ll receive an email with the necessary intake paperwork. Please note that even if your appointment has been confirmed, we’ll be unable to have our first session until the paperwork is completed.
During our first session, I’ll be asking a number of questions about your experiences, challenges and goals so that I can better understand you and what you are looking to achieve. I know that starting therapy can feel vulnerable and perhaps scary. If we work together, it will be my job to make the process as gentle and effective as possible.
As we move forward in our process, I will offer a consistent, safe, and compassionate space for your healing to unfold. I offer an open mind and heart to help you face challenges involving anxiety, complex trauma, stuckness, grief, loneliness, and isolation. Together we’ll address the blocks that get in your way and using a variety of therapeutic approaches and practices, I’ll help you cultivate new ways to interact with the challenges you face with less fear, and more confidence and peace.
