Welcome! The decision to seek out support is always a tough one, so I'm glad you found yourself here. My hope is to provide you with a safe space to share, process, and grow. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor with 11 years of experience. I earned my Master's in Mental Health Counseling from the University of North Florida. I have worked in outpatient and inpatient clinics, hospitals, correctional settings, as well as telehealth. I've supported people struggling with addiction, severe trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, and communication and relationship issues-just to name a few. My therapeutic style involves creating a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I use a variety of therapeutic modalities to draw on your strengths and help guide you toward your goals. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy techniques, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. The treatment plan and type of therapy are completely individualized based on your needs. Schedule: I generally log in and respond to messages throughout the day, Monday through Friday (9am–5pm EST). You can also view my weekly live session schedule and book a live session with me ahead of time. Please note, I am here to provide therapy.
