Getting to know Michele Molho

Hello! My name is Michele, and I am a licensed master social worker (LMSW) with a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Florida. I have experience providing psychotherapy to patients in healthcare settings and clients in clinical community organizations. As a psychotherapist, I am fully committed to working collaboratively with my clients to develop tools for coping with life's many stressors. My focus is to establish an empathetic and trusting connection through which clients feel listened to, respected, supported, and empowered. Together, we will explore thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that interfere with growth and change. I am passionate about working with individuals, couples, and families as we develop strategies to address life's transitions and traumas. Every client faces unique challenges, and I draw from several modalities-including CBT, psychodynamic, and supportive approaches-to tailor what is most effective for each individual. If you are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or loss due to death or the end of a relationship, or if you struggle with self-esteem or coping with current life issues, you can count on me to provide my best professional care. I look forward to working with you as you take this important step toward making a positive change in your life.
