Hi there! Thank you for giving me the opportunity to share with you how I can help. Therapy is not meant to be long term. In our work together, we will identify patterns of behavior that are keeping you from living your best life. We only have one go-around, and I will be honored to assist you in learning more about yourself and how you can achieve the goals you desire, which hopefully will lead to your happiness and satisfaction with your life. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Fordham University, which has equipped me to support you on this journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach to therapy includes respect, trust and humor. Laughter is definitely more enjoyable than crying, however sometimes crying is the fastest way to get the hurt out. We will explore your concerns together and I will learn from you who you are. I provide feedback and gentle suggestions.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Therapy does not happen when we meet, it actually happens over the period of time that you are away from me, processing, thinking and reflecting upon what was discussed in the session. It’s cliché, but therapy works if you work it.
