Michelle is a strengths-based therapist who believes in meeting her clients where they are and walking through their reality with them. We all struggle at different points in our lives and need a place to feel safe and secure to explore and unpack our issues and struggles. Michelle provides a neutral, non-judgmental space for people to express themselves openly and honestly, to explore their thoughts and feelings, and to increase their understanding of themselves and others. Since completing her Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Antioch University New England, Michelle has worked with children, teens, adults, and family systems in various forms. She believes that we do not exist only as individuals but as parts of bigger systems, and she brings her family systems perspective to all sessions, even those with a single person in the room.
