I offer individual counseling that centers the caregiver’s emotional well-being, as well as coaching to navigate systems such as DDA and healthcare services. With over 24 years of experience in developmental disabilities and medical social work, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Washington State and Montana. My career has included 12 years with the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and over 8 years in pediatric hospitals and clinics.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My practice is grounded in mindfulness and tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, with a strong commitment to helping caregivers care for themselves while supporting those they love.
