As a licensed mental health counselor specializing in adolescent and adult populations, I'm passionate about helping clients navigate challenges and gain coping skills to support them on their mental health journeys. I graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and have worked in both partial hospital and outpatient settings with a diverse range of clients and diagnoses. I'm dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I work with clients facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, OCD, bipolar, substance use, personality disorders, and more. I consider myself to be a person-centered clinician and utilize a combination of treatment modalities, including DBT, CBT, trauma-informed care, motivational interviewing and more, depending on client needs. I believe in a collaborative approach, empowering clients to take an active role in their healing journey. I utilize humor and self-disclosure when appropriate and believe in building our therapeutic relationship and trust from day one. My practice is completely remote at this time, and I welcome clients from all over Massachusetts. I am committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care that promotes lasting positive change. If you feel we may be a good fit, please reach out to schedule an appointment today. I look forward to helping you achieve your therapy goals!
