Michelle Bloom, LMHC

Michelle Bloom, LMHC

Psychotherapist
MA
I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to help clients better understand themselves, develop practical coping skills, and build lives that feel more manageable and fulfilling. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and have experience working in both partial hospitalization and outpatient settings with a wide range of diagnoses and backgrounds. These experiences shaped my belief that therapy works best when clients feel safe, supported, and truly heard. My approach is person-centered and collaborative. I draw from evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care, and motivational interviewing, tailoring our work together to meet your individual needs and goals. I also believe that the therapeutic relationship is a powerful part of the healing process, and I strive to create a space that is warm, non-judgmental, and genuine. When appropriate, I incorporate humor and authentic conversation to help build connection and trust. My practice is currently fully remote, and I welcome clients from anywhere in Massachusetts. If you’re looking for a supportive space to explore challenges, build coping skills, and create meaningful change, I’d be honored to work with you.
