As a Registered Art Therapist and Licensed Professional Counselor, I use a trauma-centered, multicultural approach to therapy to understand your needs and point of view. I work with adults who are coping with anxiety, stress, depression, trauma and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. I enjoy helping individuals that desire change and create ownership of their healing process. I use CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices to help empower you.
