I work to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes. Whether you’re navigating difficult emotions, past experiences, or current stressors, I’m here to support you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first meeting would be getting to know you and your journey, building rapport and determining if we are a good fit together. The goal would be to feel more grounded and secure following our therapy sessions.
