Hello; I'm Michelle. When I have the privilege to work with a new client; I always start the process with an intake session focused on allowing you to get to know me and see if you feel comfortable enough with my style and personality to begin telling your story. I believe each client has a unique story and their own goals for entering the counseling room. My job is to help you meet your own goals and work through the struggles that are holding you back. When you are dealing with a big life adjustment; symptoms; counseling with me can be a great way to get unstuck and make movement towards something different.
