I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) specialized in treating childhood/chronic trauma, and have a passion for teaching people you how to recognize, feel, and regulate emotions—so that you can experience soundness of mind. I have experience providing therapy in a variety of settings, including with children, individuals suffering from chronic trauma, individuals in low socioeconomic status, faith-based/ministry settings, and residential mental health treatment. As we collaborate in this stage of your mental health journey, I will help you create a tool-belt of coping skills that work for you. I will also help you process past traumas and/or stressors through the modality that fits you best, such as: EMDR, attachment-based therapy, person-centered therapy, CBT, or DBT.
