Are you experiencing a life transition? Have you recently gone through a challenging experience or trauma? Do you get irritated easily? Have you lost someone you loved or have a loss in your life? If so, you don’t have to navigate this journey alone. I’m here to help you. I’m a compassionate and caring therapist with 12 years of experience, dedicated to guiding individuals through their life experiences. My goal is to provide a safe space where you can feel heard, understood, and supported as you work through personal challenges, big or small. If you are ready to begin your journey of healing and growth, I would be honored to be part of that process with you. In our sessions together, I will use active and empathic listening techniques to help you identify the root causes of their presenting issues, guiding you toward meaningful solutions. My approach is genuine and supportive, and I employ a collaborative environment to help you feel empowered. Beyond simply addressing your immediate needs and concerns, I enjoy working with you to help you build a deeper understanding of yourself. We will begin therapy by getting to know each other and tailoring treatment to your individual goals and preferences. Then, you will leave each session with insight and tools to help you in your personal growth. My goal is to help you to heal or create positive lasting changes. One of my greatest strengths is my ability to create a secure, compassionate and non-judgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and feelings. I believe that offering this welcoming space will allow us to explore your challenges more openly. I am approachable, understanding, and easy to connect with, which makes it easier for you to feel heard and valued during our time together. I specialize in ADHD, Anger Management, Anxiety, Depression, Family Relationships, Grief, Life Transitions, Trauma, Self Esteem Challenges and Stress. I understand that every individual is unique, and I take a personalized approach to each situation. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my Master’s degree in Counselor Education.
