Sometimes life's challenges can make you feel lost, but you don't have to walk that journey alone. I specialize in helping individuals who are navigating major life transitions and feeling stuck. I provide a warm, supportive space where we will work collaboratively to identify the unhelpful patterns holding you back and cultivate the strengths you already possess. My goal is to empower you with practical tools and insights so you can take confident steps toward becoming the whole person you were created to be. My approach In our work together, we'll start by building a strong, trusting relationship where you can feel safe exploring challenges. Using an attachment-based approach, I help clients understand how past experiences in relationships can impact current patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving. We'll then use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to equip you with practical tools to identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns that may be holding you back. For times when you feel stuck or uncertain, I use motivational interviewing to help you reconnect with your inner resources and find your own path toward change. My focus My practice is dedicated to helping adults, young adults, and first responders navigate complex life experiences. I understand the intense and unique pressures that first responders face and offer a non-judgmental space to process traumatic events. My clients are often working through trauma, intimate partner violence, profound grief and loss, or unique challenges related to adoption and difficult relationships. We will work together to build a path toward lasting change. My communication style My communication style is based on authentic transparency and empathy. You can expect me to be kind and genuine in our conversations, providing a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings without judgment. I believe in the power of asking meaningful questions to help you uncover your own insights and find clarity.
