Psychotherapist
NJ
You may be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, depressed, or exhausted from managing everything on your own. I work with adults navigating trauma, PTSD, ADHD, neurodivergence, substance use, co-occurring disorders, complex mental health concerns, difficult relationships, and major life changes. Together, we make sense of patterns, understand how past experiences affect the present, build practical coping skills, and develop strategies that fit your needs so you can feel more in control and move forward with greater confidence. I specialize in trauma and PTSD, substance use and co-occurring disorders, ADHD and neurodivergence, complex mental health concerns, and personality-related difficulties. My approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and individualized, drawing from CBT, ACT, EMDR, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness, and strengths-based therapy. Reaching out for therapy can feel difficult, especially when your concerns feel complicated or hard to explain. You do not have to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start wherever you are, move at a pace that feels manageable, and work together without judgment to better understand what you are experiencing and what you want to change.
