I have been a therapist for over 20 years in the state of Texas and LOVE every minute of it! My goal is to partner with clients in aiding them in developing and implementing clinically sound tools to address their mental health concerns. Together as a team, the client and I will develop a plan custom made to increase the probability of a reduction in anxiety, depression, addiction issues, and stress as they utilize such tools in their daily lives.
