"The greatest and most important problems of life are all fundamentally insoluble. They can never be solved but only outgrown" (Carl Jung). There are times in our life's journey when the path becomes difficult to traverse: depression, anxiety, and problems in our relationships can obstruct the view. Struggles with our circumstances, managing difficult emotions, coping with workplace stress, and existential questions are common challenges we face in life. I welcome the opportunity to journey alongside you in these challenges and together discover a richness that has been waiting to be revealed. I work with individuals seeking growth and healing through uncovering thoughts, behaviors, and desires that hinder our connectedness and our efforts to experience life to the fullest. I use a psychoanalytic approach that relates to both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of life on an integrative path to healing. I hold a Master's degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Neumann University, which informs my holistic perspective. I also specialize in workplace mental health and the daily challenges of work settings that trigger stress, trauma, and anxiety, and that stymie creativity and deplete the soul. I offer a safe shelter from that which may threaten one's true self.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
