Struggles with our circumstances, managing difficult emotions, coping with workplace stress, and existential questions are common challenges we face in life. I welcome the opportunity to journey alongside you in these challenges and together discover a richness that has been waiting to be revealed. I work with individuals seeking growth and healing through uncovering thoughts, behaviors, and desires that hinder our connectedness and our efforts to experience life to the fullest. I use a psychoanalytic approach that relates to both the psychological and spiritual dimensions of life on an integrative path to healing. I hold a Master's degree in Pastoral Care and Counseling from Neumann University, which informs my holistic perspective. I also specialize in workplace mental health and the daily challenges of work settings that trigger stress, trauma, and anxiety, and that stymie creativity and deplete the soul. I offer a safe shelter from that which may threaten one's true self.

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge.
