I work with clients over 18 who struggle with depression, anxiety, adjustment, and stress disorders.I provide a safe and judgement-free space for clients to express their feelings about anything and work on coping skills to better manage their symptoms. My goal for my clients would be to increase your overall level of functioning when dealing with active or new stressors leaning toward resolution. Life happens and when it does, we all need someone with can reach out to.
