HI. I have been working in the field of therapy for over 8 years. I started off working with adults who struggled with substance use and I am working with adults and adolescents that are in need to addressing anxiety; social fears; depression and post traumatic stress. I have certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT). I have my degree(s) specializing in Psychology as I find that learning more about the brain and how we as humans react is truly fascinating. I believe that everyone deserves respect and its ok to ask for help at times- without judgement. Lets talk!
