Michelle is a great listener and a kind spirit to speak to, I am lucky I found her when I did!

Michelle is so kind and compassionate. She has made me feel so comfortable opening up even when it has been hard to do so. I'm so grateful to have found her!
Michelle is a phenomenal therapist who I have grown a lot with in the four years I’ve worked with her. She is compassionate and understanding with a nice way of challenging me when she sees me fixating on certain things. I moved states a few months ago and come back to NY just so I can do appointments with her, as she is the best therapist I have ever seen.
Michelle is an expert in her craft. I have seen many therapists and none have been as attentive, professional, balanced, intuitive, and insightful as her. I have been amazed at how much information she is able to retain in a short period of time and how quickly she is able to draw insights and provide the exact type of support I need at the time (sometimes validation, sometimes direct feedback, sometimes actionable guidance). I would recommend Michelle 1000 times over to anyone.
Michelle has been wonderful to work with! I felt comfortable talking with her from the beginning even in a virtual environment. Also, she's always very accommodating with my changing schedule.
Michelle is a wonderful therapist and anyone would be lucky to have her there for support. She is professional, warm, kind, truthful, and provides you with an action plan to combat whatever you are working on. I have nothing, but pleasantries to say about her. Highly recommend.
I've been seeing Michelle for two years and to say she's helped change my life is an understatement. She took her time with learning my background and my way of thinking so she could figure out how to best help me reshape how I see things. I now view things more positively than I did two years ago, and have developed a level of self-confidence I never knew I could achieve! I'll forever be grateful for her!
Michelle is the first therapist that I've felt really comfortable around. She is inviting, thoughtful, and has really helped me to improve my mental health with a diverse set of strategies. She is also very flexible with her scheduling. I can't recommend her enough!
I’ve been working with Michelle for about 5 months and I’ve felt progress in areas of my mental health and life that I struggled to change for a long time. She is the perfect balance of empathetic / validating and honest with you about where you can change things. She creates a very safe space to be vulnerable and never makes me feel judged. I’m grateful for her and would highly recommend her to anyone. :)
Michelle is the best! Shes very attentive each session and has helped me tremendously. I look forward to each session and always feel better after. I highly recommend her as a therapist.
