Hi! My name is Michelle Gladstone. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor licensed in New York State. I hold a Master’s in Psychology from Long Island University Brooklyn, a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Stony Brook University, and an MSEd in Counseling Education from Hofstra University, where I also completed my training in Mental Health Counseling.
I believe in helping my clients gain insight and understanding of their experiences and what they may be struggling with. My goal is to collaborate with you and help you build a “toolbox” of skills to learn and cope with stressors and symptoms, and to help you learn that you are not alone in your journey and can move forward! I strive to end the stigma of therapy and mental health issues by providing a safe, empathetic, comfortable, and supportive environment.
My experience spans over 35 years, collaborating with people facing anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, life transitions, school stressors, career challenges, relationship issues, and the day-to-day stressors that can become so overwhelming! I am also skilled in treating high school and college students, people experiencing divorce, and women navigating life transitions.
I hope my expertise, experiences, and passion for helping others can help you find relief and joy!
