My name is Michelle, and I welcome all. Although I have been working in this field for 30 years, I have been licensed for 8 years. I have lived and worked in the Bay Area and surrounding areas all my life. I am passionate about helping others. Not only is it my work, but I also have my own lived experiences and family members who don't want to receive services because of the judgment around getting help. I want to alleviate the stigma of mental health and inspire and empower individuals to seek support if they are struggling with anything that is getting in the way of reaching their dreams. I am a genuine, transparent, and honest communicator. Although I have been trained in many modalities, I want to work on any obstacles so that you can move forward in life. Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
