As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Certified Addiction Specialist, I use cognitive behavioral therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, mindfulness, and other evidence-based tools to work with each person and specifically craft a plan of action that is uniquely yours.
