I want to be a part of the journey of helping you figure out and work through your struggles; and be there the moment you start to feel the success of your growth and learning! Since entering the field in 1999; I have had the privilege to work with a wide range of people from all different backgrounds; economic status; social and life situations. This has really helped me become a well rounded therapist and more aware of the struggles and difficulties people face. I am a big advocate of having a healthy and active life; and try to bring this into my practice as an additional tool. Let's do this together!
