I hold a Bachelor's degree from Webster University and an MEd in Counseling Psychology from Cambridge College, which equip me to provide thoughtful and effective guidance tailored to your needs.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I hold day, evening and weekend appointments. I am passionate about being a part of the helping profession and look forward to the opportunity to assist you.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

As a clinician, I employ solution-focused and outcome-based psychotherapy and coaching techniques to facilitate self-understanding and self-actualization for my clients. It's important to remember that therapy and life coaching are not magic solutions or quick fixes. Rather, they require ongoing participation and self-investment from both the client and clinician to achieve successful outcomes. By committing to personal growth and positive change, clients can achieve dynamic results.
