I specialize in working with individuals/couples experiencing fertility related concerns and those who have experienced the loss a child during pregnancy or shortly after giving birth. Together we work towards healing and navigating obstacles faced during family building. Consultations are offered for individuals considering egg/sperm/embryo donation. It takes strength and courage to reach out for help. Whether you are having difficulty conceiving, grieving a child, or managing the stressors of IVF- you do not have to go through this experience alone. Allow me to assist you during this difficult time in a supportive and safe environment

What should a new client know about working with you?

We work collaboratively at your own pace. My therapy approach is person center and strengths based. I often incorporate ACT tools in our session. Many clients begin to feel more grounded and supported within the first few weeks of therapy.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first four sessions we are exploring the concern together. We will discuss the client questionnaire in depth and identify goals for therapy. Typically by the fourth session we have a treatment plan that we have collaborated on together. In our sessions we will explore, process and. reflect on your experience. Our treatment plan will identify our objectives and interventions we will use during therapy to bring us closer to our goal.
