Whether that is the loss of a love one; a challenging life event; becoming a caregiver; or dealing with relationships issues we can easily negative thoughts to alter our perceptions. No one should feel like they have to just live with" anxiety; stress; and worry.I have been in the medical field for 24 years working in hospitals; community mental health; the VA; hospice; with addictions; and chronic illnesses. I work with my clients to help identify new ways to look at challenges; and develop or strengthen our coping skills."
