I’m a psychotherapist, a mother, a grandmother, a partner, a friend, and a lifelong spiritual seeker. Like many of my clients, I’ve experienced the transformative power of therapy firsthand—and I carry deep gratitude for the care and kindness that has shaped my own path. I hold a BA in Communications and Humanities from the University of Colorado and an MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Naropa University, where I specialized in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Psychology. My approach weaves together presence, creativity, and curiosity to support clients in healing, growing, and reconnecting with their most authentic selves. I am honored to walk alongside people as they navigate change, build resilience, and come home to themselves.
