She has over 10 years of experience providing mental health counseling, conducting training, coaching, and consultations in various settings from pediatric clinics, medical schools, private practice settings and startups. Dr. Lake is passionate about helping her clients tap into their inner power so that they are able to resolve their problems and heal. After you request your appointment, you will be sent an invite link for Brightside Health. You will need to enter your insurance and payment information to confirm your appointment.During your initial consultation we will craft a treatment plan personalized to your needs, and schedule follow-up appointments as needed. You will also be able message me directly at anytime via the messaging section of your Brightside Health portal - a tool where will also track your progress, access resources, and see your treatment plan details.
